Facility Rentals & Amenities

The Nolan Center offers several reservable spaces for community activities, private events, conferences, receptions, meetings, and special programs. Available rental spaces include the Civic Center, Classroom, and Lobby Area, each offering a different scale and layout depending on the needs of the event.

Facility rentals may also include access to supporting services and amenities. Depending on the space and event type, available options may include beverage service, kitchen or concessions access, table amenities, multimedia support, and staff assistance with setup and coordination.

Multimedia resources include the Civic Center’s large-scale screen and HD projector, sound system, four wireless microphones, a standalone 120-inch screen with EPSON projector, and a 57-inch flat-screen TV with HDMI connectivity for presentations and media. Beverage service may include coffee, tea, and water. Beer and wine service may be available for adults age 21 and over, subject to applicable policies, approvals, and fees.

Additional fees may apply for reservations or staff services outside normal working hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For eligible local nonprofit events, the Nolan Center may offer in-kind facility use when rental costs present a barrier. Complimentary use is limited and subject to eligibility criteria, availability, and annual use limits. Organizations interested in this option may submit the In-Kind Free Use Form through the Forms & Policies page.

To request a reservation, submit the appropriate form through the website or download the Facility Rental Agreement and return it to the Nolan Center. Please review the Facility Rental Policies before signing an agreement.
